We are The Word Is Love, We are innovators of the Wedding and Event World. Everything we have in our catalogue was Imagined from our Brains, handmade by Us and Designed by Us. There are many copies of our work, but remember- we are the originals. We made the Light up Letter business what it is today after handmaking our own Classic White letters over 10 years ago. We LOVE what we do, a husband and wife duo. We are BURSTING with ideas which we bring to your wedding and event, always creating and evolving with the times and trends, whilst keeping our statement pieces alive.

Suzy is the face behind your emails and the one who keeps this business running from the admin side of things. A creative visionary who loves to invent fun new wedding prop ideas. Loves all things design - weddings and events, interior design, and especially amazing lighting!
Suzy has a have a love for life and believes that we should live it to its fullest, surrounds herself with beautiful things and ambitious friends. Spending time doing what she loves - which is why she has been an entrepreneur for over a decade.
There's nothing Suzy would love to do more than what she does now, helping clients come up with design concepts for their wedding or event, using light up letters, wedding neons, backdrops and sequin walls whilst always cunjuring up something new,

I worked in the fashion industry for 10 years, working as a buyer for a prominent shoe company, before starting TWIL.
My love for design is not limited to The Word is Love and Wildfire Neon - I also love to design home interiors. I am on my 4th full home renovation!
I love a little DIY - or shall we say, a lot of DIY! I love to build, craft, and create fun props, art, and activities for my family.
Ollie is a man of many talents who can build anything and everything he puts his mind to - and he does just that, because he can never sit still! He is always looking for the next best idea for our business and loves to create new ideas for the lighting industry and our business.
You will most often see Ollie delivering your rental items. He loves to drive around to each of the venues for deliveries and pick ups - raving to anthems in the van.
Ollie loves all things social media and he has mastered the art of keeping our social media accounts thriving with photos of our products proudly on display by our happy customers. Many of the photos you see on the gram and our site were taken by him!

I love photography and as well as capturing our props in action I love to photograph cars, architecture and of course my family.
I am car-obsessed. I love being around them, driving them, watching them race, attending meets and generally talking about them.
I love to travel and especially enjoy a city break with Suzy. We love to Explore new places and if there’s a rooftop bar and pool at the end of the day then even better.
